1) How do I create an account on www.e4s.org.nz?

 

  • Simply click on the 'create a new account' link here or above (just beneath the main menu).  If you already have an account on www.e4s.org.nz, you can login to the site using the 'click here to login' link above or the icon from the main menu.
  • PLEASE NOTE: when you create an account, your log in details will be sent to the email address that you specified.  If you have not received your log details, please email admin@e4s.org.nz

2) Oh no, I've forgotten my password! How can I log into the site now?

 

  • Simply click on the 'click here to login' link above or the  icon from the main menu.  
  • Then click on the tab to answer a security question.
  • Answer the security question correctly to log into the site.  You will be guided to the account settings page, where you can specify a new password and/or security question.

3) How do I upload a resource onto the website to share with other teachers? 

 

 

  • To upload a resource, go through the following steps:
  • Click on the tab in the main menu. 
  • Click on the link.  
  • Specify a title for your resource and classify your resource by 'School Level' and 'Learning Area'.
  • Click the 'Browse' button to look for a file to upload from your computer.
  • Click the 'Upload' button to upload the file from your computer to the www.e4s.org.nz website.
  • Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add more files.  Please remember however that they will all appear in the Resources section as one item.
  • Add keywords to assist others with finding your resource through the site's search function.
  • Click on the 'Submit' button to add your resource to the Resources section of the website.
