Attached are the instructions, questions,  'answers', and processing for a 15 min exercise that can be done with staff (ideally in a staff meeting) on the place of sustainability in the revised curriculum. It covers 'big picture' aspects of sustainability within the intent of the Vision and Principles and Key Competencies and Values through to sustainability and the environment within AOs. Is a suitable 'taster' for developing curriculum design, unit plans etc.

Rai Valley Area School have a community plan for World Environment Day - see attached poster. Centred on addressing climate change, it involves transplanting local native trees into the school nursery and eating lunch made from vegetables grown in the school gardens. Key words: carbon offset, climate change, gardens, kicking the habit.
